    Benefits of a Bath Before Dawn on Health

    Our Prophet Muhammad PBUH tells us to get up early and pray Shubuh (Morning prayer) in congregation at the mosque. It turns out there are many benefits that we can get as the results of the morning wake up and shower.

    People who like to shower before Fajr and fit in old age. This becomes the input for us to be more in learning about the influence of a bath before Fajr for our health and fitness. About the length of age, of course, we believe that each person differently fated long age, but we also believe that we should strive to become fit can do much good for this earth.

    There is someone who ever study about the influence of waking up and shower before dawn on health. He is Dr. Abdul Hamid Dayyat and the University of Cairo, Egypt, He explained that a lot of benefit obtained by a person with early risers.     1. Bathing in the morning able to circulate blood

The body also will feel more refreshed and healthy. This certainly will be very useful for us as a provision to undergo daily activities.

    2. Bathing with cold water will increase white blood cell

The positive benefit is that the body will become more vibrant and not easily hurt because of the immune system is always well maintained.

    Cold shower also reduce the risk of high blood pressure, varicose veins and hardening of blood vessels. This is caused by a cold shower will launch the entire circulation of blood to the organs of the body.

    4. Bathing with cold water to increase fertility
    Morning shower with cold water have a positive effect on human reproductive health. The benefit is to increase testosterone production in men and estrogen in women, which affects the increase in fertility and sexual arousal.

    5. Bathing in the morning to improve the health of body tissue
